The HR team of seven comprises the HR Manager, Senior HR Officer, HR Officer, HR Administrative Clerk, Administrative Assistant, and two Health and Safety Officers, attached to the north and south branches. They ensure equitable compensation and benefits, monitors compliance with labor laws and company policies, and drives performance management practices that align with WASCO’s core values of trust, collaboration, continuous learning, teamwork, innovation, accountability & commitment, care, respect & honesty, and professionalism.
