The Project Management Unit (PMU) at WASCO is responsible for leading the implementation of all major capital projects funded by international development partners such as the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the World Bank, and the CARICOM Development Fund. Our team oversees every stage of the project cycle - from planning and procurement to execution and monitoring - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in accordance with regulatory and donor agencies. The PMU actively collaborates with communities, various government agencies, consultants, and funding partners to maintain transparency and trust throughout each project. Our projects help enhance infrastructure, support economic resilience, and improve the availability and accessibility to clean water across Saint Lucia.

The Vieux Fort Water Supply Redevelopment Project

  1. Upgrade of the Grace Treatment Plant
  2. Upgrade of the Beausejour Treatment Plant The John Compton Dam projects
  3. JCD01 - Construction of the sediment disposal area
  4. JCD02 - Dredging of Reservoir and transport of sediment and
  5. JCD03 - Spillway Wall repairs

The Dennery Water Project
