The Support Services Department, as the name suggests, lends support to all departments within the Company. It is a broad based division within the Operations Division and encompasses vehicle & equipment maintenance, electromechanical operations & maintenance, building maintenance, welding & fabrication, transportation, security and all other auxiliary services.

Currently, the Department consists of close to 40 team members and engages the services of numerous contractors to assist in meeting consumer demands. Thus, Support Services has a huge responsibility in terms of maintenance and upkeep for all of WASCO’s operations.

Having the right teams - spread throughout our offices islandwide - and the requisite equipment, helps ensure the efficient and effective delivery of service. Electricians, mechanics, welders, technicians, heavy equipment operators, drivers, porters and administrative staff, make up this very important section of the Company.
